Pricing varies depending on the specific spaces rented and the nature of the event. For example, standard Triplex rental fees for a 12-hour rental on Saturdays during peak season (May, June, September, and October) are approximately $12,000. The Speakeasy can be rented separately for smaller gatherings. It's important to note that catering must be provided by preferred vendors, and alcohol is supplied through the venue with various packages available.

Pricing and Packages

632 on Hudson offers several distinct spaces to accommodate various event sizes and styles:

The Triplex: Spanning the top three floors and the roof garden, the Triplex offers approximately 4,500 square feet of fully decorated event space designed to feel like a sumptuously appointed private home. It features a central 40-foot atrium with a grand staircase, three salons, and a large Edwardian-style kitchen. The rooftop garden provides a serene outdoor setting with views of the NYC skyline.

The Rooftop Garden: A 1,500-square-foot decked and planted roof garden, featuring a life-sized Buddha inside a gazebo fashioned from a New York City water tank. The garden is surrounded by wisteria, grape, and clematis vines, bamboo, evergreens, and flowering fruit trees, offering a tranquil space for ceremonies or receptions.

The Speakeasy (Maisie Below): Located below street level, this secret lounge and bar is fashioned after a 1920s Prohibition-era speakeasy. It can accommodate up to 34 guests and comes complete with an Art Deco bar, working kitchen, and authentic furnishings from the era, making it ideal for intimate gatherings or after-parties.

Reception and Ceremony Spaces

Originally a derelict sausage factory, the building was purchased in 1992 by Karen Lashinsky, who transformed it into the enchanting space it is today. The renovation preserved the building's historical elements while incorporating an eclectic collection of antiques and artifacts from around the world, creating a venue that feels like a private home available for special occasions.
