On this special day, New York was transformed into a winter wonderland, and we felt incredibly lucky to have our session coincide with the season’s first significant snow. Being newer to living here myself, experiencing this with Sam and Albert was nothing short of enchanting.

The Brooklyn Bridge, already a symbol of New York’s enduring charm, took on a new level of beauty under a blanket of snow. It felt like we stepped into a scene that only comes around once in a decade. The bridge’s grandeur combined with the softness of the snowfall created a breathtaking backdrop for the couple’s photos.

Over at City Hall Park, the greenery dusted with snow added a touch of Christmas magic. The contrast of snow against the evergreen trees and the surrounding architecture provided a variety of stunning visuals. This shift in scenery from the bridge to the park gave us a range of beautiful, wintery backdrops.

Sam and Albert, together for five years, were the stars of the day. Sam’s background in theatre and Albert’s in medicine seemed to blend seamlessly in front of the camera with Sam’s natural grace and Albert’s clear care for Sam. Their love and comfort with each other shone through every playful snowball fight, dance, and sweet moment we captured.

Dressed to impress, they braved the cold in style – think fashionable layers, chic scarves, and elegant coats. Their outfits not only kept them warm but also added a sophisticated vibe to the whole shoot.
